He is responsible for overseeing day to day activities, construction management, sales, estimating, contract administration, quality control, equipment purchases, project schedules, over view job costs (equipment and manpower scheduling), and safety. Mr. Peterson has been with Phenix of Idaho, Inc. since the inception of the company.

During his 26 years with Phenix of Idaho, Inc. he has been responsible for project management, project safety, and project quality control. Ms. Staggie has over 20 years of experience involving office administration. Current company responsibilities include; bookkeeping, human resources, information systems, and data control. Expertise: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll Administration including Government Certified Payroll.

Mr. Beck has over 40 years experience in construction and retail business administration. For the past 17 years, Mr. Beck has worked in cooperation with various Accounting, Legal, Banking and professional organizations to oversee the daily office operations for Phenix of Idaho, Inc., BECO Construction Co., Inc., and related companies. His attention to detail and knowledge of the Construction industry has been key to success in this very competitive business.
